Our Process

Once we have received your rental inspiration, we will begin creating your furniture deck boards. You will make your final selection among your multiple board options.

Inspiration

Browse our collections page or Instagram and pick out your favorite pieces. You can submit options via a wishlist or inquire with your desired color palette and design aesthetic for your event.

Finalization

Love your final rental selections? Let's make it official! A 50% deposit and signed contract is required to secure your proposal. Your final payment is due 10 days prior to your event.

Our team will take care of delivery, setup, and pickup, you sit back and enjoy your event with all your favorite people!

Deposit & Payment

Your order is confirmed with your 50% deposit. We accept payment by credit card (3% processing fee) and check. Your final balance is due 10 days prior to your rental.
Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 11 days prior to the event. However, the 50% retainer is non-refundable. Orders cancelled 10 days prior to the event will be billed in full.
Delivery Fee Minimums

We have a $250 minimum order requirement (not including the delivery fee and sales tax) for any delivery within 50 miles of our business location. Deliveries that exceed 50 miles have a $500 minimum order requirement.
Will Call

If your order does not meet our delivery minimum, we offer self-serve pick up from our business location. Please arrive within the time on your contract, and bring the appropriate vehicle for the items. If your vehicle is not appropriate for the pick up, the items will not be released to you. Please provide your own moving blankets and helping hands. Note: Some items are not eligible for pickup. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for more information.
Damage

On occasion that an item is damaged or stained, the damage deposit will be withheld. Items that are broken will be charged a replacement fee.
